Many other homes are for sale here, which are not posted on this site. Some homes which have sold are still listed to provide examples of pricing.

Housing prices are currently rising due to development occurring very near town, and in Rawlins. Most houses that were for sale last fall have sold over the winter. Some listed just this spring (at higher prices than last fall) have already sold.
